Morning Yu, an European MBA who is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and French, won 2011 BC Outstanding Chinese Women Award and the one of top 1% REALTOR® in Great Vancouver Real Estate board from 2014.
Morning Yu graduated from Shenzhen University in China, majoring in English. Afterwards, she worked for the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and China Pacific Insurance Company. She studied in France in 1996 and obtained a MBA degree there. She immigrated to Canada in 2001 and worked as a licensed general insurance broker in a local Canadian insurance broker company in 2003. Morning is currently working with New World Insurance Agencies Ltd. as a senior insurance broker with a CAIB designation. Morning made the decision to pursue a challenging career in real estate as she recognized this is the area where she could offer the most value to her clients. In 2010 she became licensed with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
Her over 10 years property insurance experience not only has brought her a huge clientele base, but also has created a higher starting point in her real estate career. In 2012, the real estate market in Vancouver experienced a huge downturn. However, Morning still achieved the status of Top 10 Agents; and became more succeed in real estate career in the follow years.
Team Morning Yu has sold more than 700 properties since 2015 to 2017.
Morning Yu and Fan Yang Team has sold 149 properties in 2019; total volum over $1.6 Billion.
